ESG is generally understood as the set of strategies to limit CO2 emissions, however in the Social space (S) there are two extremely relevant strategic lines: 1. the future of the workforce, and 2. the interaction with the territorial ecosystem. The future of the workforce (primarily blue-collar workers) is linked to the ability to improve industrial competitiveness through the continuous improvement of the so-called GOOD PRODUCTIVITY. The environmental interaction with the territory surrounding the factory is quite evident: where there is a need for skills and services, wealth develops, generating opportunities for individual development and making it possible the achievement of social and economic goals.
